Cherry Point OWC Mission Statement The purpose of the Officers' Wives Club is to promote good will, friendship, and cultural opportunity, and to provide a social setting for its members. The OWC also raises funds for charitable purposes, which primarily benefit military personnel and their dependents.

Summary of Charitable Contributions and Scholarships This year the OWC of Cherry Point will be awarding scholarships to dependents of active duty, deceased, or retired military personnel living in Craven, Carteret, or Pamlico Counties. Recipients are high school seniors, returning college students and spouses. Please see the Scholarship web page for details. In addition to the scholarships, the OWC has approved $ 20,668.82 in assistance to local and national organizations that benefit military families. Applications for assistance are still being accepted.
